In a crisis?

Call or text the national crisis line  988. Any time, any day!

Changing our language of how we use terms to describe mental health is HUGE.

For example, instead of saying someone committed suicide. You might say someone died by suicide. This subconsciously changes our perspective and reaction. People DO NOT choose to commit suicide. They die from a disease or illness just as if a person had cancer, heart disease, COPD, etc….

Shifting our mindset from negative to positive allows us to look at dark moments as a way of changing our lives for the better. Allow yourself to take pain and suffering to motivate you to grow, learn and create a life you’ve always dreamed of!

Take a moment to watch the “Most Powerful Man” speech by Kevin Hines who survived a jump from the Golden Gate Bridge.

It’s a life changer!
